Amy’s clients have come to rely on the knowledge and expertise she has gained over the course of 24 years in the healthcare industry. She has devoted much of her career to helping ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) manage and negotiate payor contracts as well as develop strategies for navigating a changing healthcare landscape in which care is increasingly shifting to the outpatient setting. Her clients appreciate her ability to cultivate strong relationships, achieve successful outcomes in negotiations, and resolve complex contract issues.
Before joining ECG, Amy served as the Senior Director of Negotiations Consulting at Eveia Health, a firm specializing ASC operations, business analysis, and managed care contracting. In this capacity, she worked closely with ASC leaders and Eveia staff to craft solutions that were tailored to her clients’ unique markets and situations. She developed and maintained relationships with individual facilities and corporate clients, oversaw and participated in contract negotiations, and helped her clients understand reimbursement outcomes resulting from negotiations.
